The Estate
Nestled in the heart of the Ventoux Protected Designation of Origin, Château Talaud is more than a vineyard; it is a true treasure of Provençal heritage. This 18th-century listed building is surrounded by 30 hectares of preserved land, including 12 hectares of vineyards that proudly stretch around the château. In 2023, we began a transition to organic viticulture, reflecting our commitment to nature and our desire to produce authentic, environmentally respectful wines.

Our Wines
Château Talaud, Clos des 2 Ânes (Red)
This powerful and elegant red wine is made from a blend of noble grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan. It reveals intense aromas of red fruits, pepper, and spices, offering a beautiful structure and a long finish on the palate. A wine of character that embodies the typicity and generosity of our Ventoux terroir.
Château Talaud, Les Inséparables (White)
Our white wine is a harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Vermentino. It delights with its freshness and aromatic complexity, revealing notes of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of minerality on the finish. A delicate and refreshing wine, perfect for pairing with seafood dishes or aged cheeses.
Château Talaud, Les Inséparables (Rosé)
This exceptional rosé, made from Grenache, embodies Provençal elegance and finesse. Its pale robe with salmon hues precedes subtle aromas of red berries and peaches, offering a vibrant and fruity palate with delightful lightness. Perfect for convivial moments, it is an ideal companion for your aperitifs and summer meals.
